Lenormand
One of the most famous card readers in history is probably Marie-Anne Adelaide Lenormand, because in her time this lady predicted not only Napoleon's fame and success but also his fall.
The tarot was a very important source of inspiration for her, this for the development of her own divination method. .

Reiki
Reiki is sometimes translated as universal energy.
Literally translated from Japanese, it means power of the sun, or life energy.
The name officially reads 'Usui Shiku Ryoh', or 'The Usui Reiki Method'. Reiki is a form of energy transmission. The healing energy works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The beauty is that anyone who opens up to it benefits from it and can learn it.
On a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level, you become aware of the blockages that have been unconsciously built up as self-protection. The unnecessary blockages are gently released and cleared. Giving reiki is as relaxing as receiving reiki because the energy flows through the giver and the receiver.
There is no need for diagnosis, the energy follows its own path and everyone gets exactly what they need.
No one's own energy is used, so no diseases or tensions can be passed on either. The beauty of reiki is its simplicity. By working with reiki, your self-awareness is increased and therefore your development and growth are set in motion.
How does reiki work?
Reiki is another name for universal life energy. When you work with Reiki, you connect with the original source of energy. You are a kind of channel through which this energy can flow to yourself or also others.
This energy is around us and also within us. It is neutral energy that is responsible for all matter and everything that lives. People and animals and also things, events need this energy to live, be and happen in a good way.
Blockages accumulated in these energy pathways over the course of your life can cause illness and complaints. Even mainstream medicine now recognises that being healthy means balancing your body and mind. Reiki can help you do just that!
Reiki allows the energy pathways to be released again. The energy can flow freely or more freely again. As a result, despite their illnesses, problems they have, people no longer feel sick or feel less sick. People cope better and start thinking more positively which significantly improves their quality of life.
Reiki heals the whole person by addressing the cause of the complaint. As a result, the ailment, complaint or illness is cured or reduced. In the holistic worldview, physical complaints have a mental, emotional or spiritual cause. These may include fears, sadness whether or not related to unprocessed events. Reiki aims to accept these issues as a part of yourself and not as a negative thing. As a result, physical and mental problems will diminish.
Reiki triggers processes that sometimes lead to developments in the recipient that are not obvious at first. Note! Reiki never replaces the doctor, counselor or any other therapist a person may need.
In fact, all you have to do is trust Reiki. Reiki never gives you more things to deal with than you can handle at the time.
What happens during a reiki treatment?
In a personal and direct Reiki treatment, the client is treated in a clothed state on a treatment table. Comfortable and non-choking clothing is preferred to promote relaxation.
By means of different and certain hand positions, the universal energy is passed through me. If you find it unpleasant to be touched directly, I keep my hands several centimetres above the body.
Intimate touch and all positions that the client finds unpleasant are naturally avoided. Reiki always finds the right path.
I provide a clean, pleasant, warm and quiet treatment room. If necessary, you are covered with a blanket so you won't get cold.
Distance treatments are given without physical presence of you. Preferably by appointment. You yourself provide the necessary peace and quiet and a relaxed body posture as much as possible. Comfortable non-chafing clothing is also desirable. I send the universal energy (Reiki) to you using symbols. Here the intention of the me is most important.
The symbols are a key that makes it easier to access the Reiki energy. In principle, you should be able to send Reiki even without these symbols.
Reiki courses:
To cope with the influx of the new energy, the reiki system is divided into 3 degrees. With each new degree, the flow of reiki energy is more powerful and intense. As a human being, you have to be able to give this a place in your life and find a way to apply it in your daily existence.
This means that for one person, a reiki-I course is enough, while another can move on to the next level quite quickly.
Once you have taken a reiki course, you can start treating yourself and others. You then 'have' reiki. However, you have to keep working on yourself. Reiki works like the gentle flow of love that activates the body's natural ability to heal and balance itself. The actual treatment consists of gentle laying on of hands.

Ear candles
Ear candle therapy is an ancient therapy. It is a complementary therapy with a very broad scope of action, which can be used in the improvement process of all kinds of ear, nose, throat and (other) head complaints, such as migraines. The therapy involves cleaning the ears using a hollow candle, specially made for this purpose.
Ear candle therapy eventually arrived in Europe via the Hopi Indians - living in southern North America. Among the Hopi Indians, the ear candle was traditionally used for purifying and harmonizing energetic fields. In other words, for removing negative energies. This is not surprising, as the ear candle dates back to the time when illness, therapy and religion were still closely linked.
We live in a time when many of us have to deal with stress, busyness and agitation. It is therefore not surprising that the therapy's popularity is growing. After all, the effect emanating from the ear candle is exceptionally relaxing.
How does the ear candle therapy work?
In this therapy, the ear is gently cleaned. This is done using a hollow "burning" candle (specially made for this purpose). The therapy has a very broad effect, making it suitable both as a revitalizing or preventive therapy. Moreover, it can also be used as complementary therapy in the improvement process of all kinds of ear, nose, throat and other head complaints, such as migraines.
What are ear candles?
Ear candles consist of 100% natural raw materials and are made according to a secret, original, old Indian recipe. They are still made by hand. To prepare the ear candle, natural cotton is soaked in pure beeswax, which is mixed with (pulverized) medicinal herbs. This herbal mixture is composed according to the original recipe of the Hopi Indians and contains ingredients such as: honey extract, essential extract of sage, deer hay (St. John's wort) and chamomile. After the mixture of beeswax and herbs is absorbed by the cotton, the cotton is rolled into a cylinder. The result is a straight, hollow candle. The candle is rolled so that it fits exactly at the top of the ear canal and cannot be pushed too deeply into the ear canal. Inside, at the bottom of the hollow candle is a special filter, which prevents combustion residue and beeswax from dripping into the ear.
The treatment
The treatment starts with a gentle head massage, followed by lymphatic drainage. Only then does the ear candles come in. The person to be treated turns on their side so that the candle can be placed as vertically as possible in the ear. Only a small part of the candle sticks into the ear. This is completely painless. Most of the candle sticks out of the ear.
To be clear: the candle is not burnt up completely, but to about 10 cm above the ear canal. The point at which the candle is extinguished is marked on the candle by a red stripe. So: once the red stripe is reached, the candle is extinguished.
As a matter of principle, both ears, one after the other, should always be treated. Starting with the "good side".
The effect
During burning, several phases can be distinguished in the functioning of the candle.

The Benefits of Breathwork
Breathwork is a form of therapy that uses specific breathing techniques to promote physical and emotional well-being. The practice has been around for centuries, used in various cultures and traditions to improve health and promote spiritual growth.
In recent years, the science behind breathwork has been studied more extensively, revealing a wide range of benefits for both physical and mental health.
The science of breathwork is based on the idea that our breath is connected to our emotional and physical state. When we're stressed or anxious, our breath becomes shallow and rapid. On the other hand, when we're calm and relaxed, our breath becomes slow and deep. By controlling our breath, we can change our emotional and physical state.
