I did  life Awarness Breathwork instructor course, because I felt really good, centered and more at peace after doing 7 day essential, the 40 days of Transformation and the Breath is life Pranayama & Breathwork course, meditation course, the ultimate sleeping course etc..
I felt a big change in my life, integrating al these techniques and wisdoms, that I want to share this with other people, to help them use there breath to become more and more aware of their breath, their mind and becoming more content and ok with everything, become present in the moment. Because that is what it does to me. 


This is what I have experienced:


  • To live in the now
  • be aware of my thoughts
  • feel my body and be grateful for everything I feel
  • I have learned to accept myself, my thoughts, my past and so learned to appreciate the person I am today,
  • I have learned to love myself and I am more at peace, with myself but also with other people and with things that are happening in my life.


Thanks to this live changing course:


  • I have learned to accept things as they are, and by doing this, my body feels more relax
  • I have less pain, and feel much more healthy, even without thinking of it
  • I choose now healthy and fresh food without missing the less healthy foods, this came all very subtle and without thinking, but naturally.
    By doing my exercise, Breathwork and meditation, I am more in line with myself, I have a much better connection with my heart, and with my body,
  • I became a much better listener to what my body really needs.
  • I feel much more energetic, younger, fitter and alive.
