I felt that I wanted a reading, but at the same time I was a little stressed about what might come up. The cosy room, the silence and the pleasant scent already gave me a warm feeling. Vanessa immediately put me at ease, breathing calmly with me, and so we began the reading.

Aromatherapy:

Our interest began when we were doing our final project on the theme of ‘sleep’ -> because essential oils can also help us with this.

Vanessa taught us many things that are essential to know. She gave clear information about which scents are good for what and why. She also showed us the dangers of incorrect use. We also received lots of tips and tricks about using the oils, their effects, their origins, how essential oils are produced, and so much more!

In the end, we learned much more than just ‘essential oils for sleep’ because Vanessa is able to explain things in a very engaging and clear way, which in turn sparks new interest!

It is really fascinating and enriching to be able to learn this.

‘Wow’ That's what I think about this cosy, warm studio!

You get so much inspiration just by looking around.

My creative door has really been opened... And it's so relaxing to do!

She adapts completely to your interests and explains everything in great detail in a super clear way. It's an experience that will stay with you forever. I could write a book about what I learned and experienced during these few days, but I'm not going to 😉

That's why I highly recommend everyone to take this workshop!

Breathwork:

I am amazed at how much we can actually do with our breathing! Most people think that it is only for calming down and controlling stress, but certain exercises can even give you an energy boost!

Vanessa explains this very clearly and beautifully, the effects, examples of how and when you can or cannot apply it, and she does the exercises calmly for or with you.

Don't worry if you don't immediately get it or if you find something uncomfortable,

Vanessa always finds a way to reassure you and has the patience of a saint!

My experience with the one-on-one sessions:

During the sessions, various techniques were used: card reading, yoni steaming, breathing exercises, meditation, aromatherapy and colour therapy.

Vanessa really takes the time for you and is fully present. She listens sincerely and I felt truly heard. From the very first moment, I felt at ease nothing feels forced or contrived. I am simply allowed to move with my own flow.

What it has brought me:
The sessions felt like a conscious “pause”. Not to escape into my head, but to reflect on myself and my inner world. Vanessa does not tell you what to do, but guides you to find your own answers. That has made a life-changing difference for me.
